Gringo Jingo Caps The “Celebrate Frederick” Summer Concert Series

Who needs to go to New York, Philly or D.C. to see great live music in the great outdoors? The City of Frederick has got that all covered.

Its free ” Celebrate Frederick” summer concert series has been a mainstay for years. Every Sunday during the summer, great music performances grace the Baker Park Band Shell. This year the “shell” welcomed The Abbey Road Beatles Tribute band, The Federal City Brass Band and many more.

The series samples a good variety of music genres and this year, it chose breakout Latin/Rock favorite “Gringo Jingo,” to cap off this season’s series.

This Santana tribute band has been blazing a trail this year wowing audiences from Bethesda to Delaware. So if you haven’t had a chance to enjoy the series, August 24th is your chance.

The show starts at 7pm and this one will be one of only three shows with a beer and wine garden (family friendly) for that extra treat.  see you there!
