This August 16th will be the 22nd time locals gather outside of Baltimore on the lush green fields of Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville to soak in the late summer sun and listen to some good old-fashioned blues. Voted Baltimore Magazine’s best music festival, the Hot August Blues & Roots festival draws over 5,000 blues faithful every year.
You can look forward to several stages of top-notch acts. Headliners this year are Old Crow Medicine Show and Nickel Creek. Last year’s headliners were New Orleans funk band “Galactic,” and Grace Potter and the Nocturnals.
